I reserved service online, wrote down the name of service advisor for future reference, but also called and left messages wanting him to know that car was coming in. I feel that relationship is #1 to get my car repaired. Recently, my car was at a collision auto body shop and looking back I can say that communication is #1 in getting car repaired and my concerns taken care of. Thank you for addressing my concerns and repairing "Coach".

Excellent buying experience. We worked with Taz; who was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, he was helpful and never pressured us. We ordered the car from factory and we picked it up onsite. The finance process was also done seamlessly and the whole process from test drive to leaving with the new car was only about 1.25- 1.5 hours. Very smooth process. It's been a month (loving the STI!) and we still get follow-up calls making sure everything is well with the car and to make sure we didn't need anything else. This is a very caring dealership. Lea also called to help us learn more about the car's electronics etc. 10/10 recommend this dealership. I'm not sure about the service dept here though as I use another dealership closer to home. The only gripe is the small parking space but they are currently building a lot next store so that will be resolved shortly.
Every person is kind and helpful! I can't say enough about this place. They really listen to you and tell you what's going on with your car. I'm so happy I have a Subaru!
