I bought a pre-owned vehicle from this place. After inspecting the car, the original manufacturer gave me a list of things that needed to be fixed. Stevens Creek Subaru took care of every single one of them at no cost and in a very caring, respectful and expeditious manner. I am very pleased with their service department. I am also very please with the sales department, especially my assigned rep Sean, who always picked up my phone calls even when he was on vacation, gave me great customer service when I was at the location and arranged for a fast and smooth experience with the service department (from service I thank Howard!). Also Pedram, used car sales manager was great. It is worth noting that I observed all their staff following the necessary COVID protocols so everyone is safe. Highly recommended this place. Keep up the great work!

Was finally ready to pull the trigger on a new Outback and saw online that they had a 2021 Onyx XT in Magnetite gray WITH a discount off the MSRP! Stopped by after a hike on a Saturday evening to have a look. Jorge Ocampo was the only guy willing to talk to my filthy self and open the car up for me to look at. He answered all of my questions, and was honest if I asked him something he didn't know, but was good to get an answer for me. I asked if I could schedule a test drive the next day, since I was tired and hungry and really only wanted to look at the car for a second because I'd never seen the trim in the color I was after. Got a follow up email from Jorge confirming that we'd be there at noon as discussed so that he could be prepared; he knew I had a ton of questions about the cars features. He let us take the test drive by ourselves, which is something I've never done. Really cool, actually. I was very impressed with the AWD wagon so much so that I ended up signing papers to pick it up. I always remember car salesman being pushy. Not Jorge. He gave us plenty of space, courtesy, and willingness to make the numbers work. He even brought a table and chairs outside, and sanitized them himself so we could be comfortable during this pandemic. Easy 5 stars. Most painless car buying experience ever.

I had a great experience working with Phi at Stevens Creek Subaru. He is very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable about the Subaru cars. He patiently answered all our questions and made the car buying process easy.

Pedram and Sean made my entire experience exceptional. KUDOs!!! Thanks for all the assistance after the sale. Complicated technology would have been very difficult for me to understand because of the recently discovered medical condition that impacts my ability to comprehend many things. These men did everything I could have hoped for. I'd give them a 5 out of 5 stars. And most important to me, these gentlemen helped me overcome issues so that I am very competent as I drive and enjoy this delightfully safe and technologically advanced car.
