This is a review for the parts counter. I have had a great experience on numerous occasions with George who runs the parts desk. Since I drive a several year old Subi, I need various bits and bobs to get her through the next 100k. George recognizes me and is always kind and expedient with his service. Folks like George are the reason I'll look into purchasing my next Subi from Stevens Creek. He exudes the type of kindness and professionalism I respect and appreciate. Bravo!

I needed to replace my Subaru Outback suddenly last week. I had bought my last Subaru from Stevens Creek Subaru and had a good experience. I went in on Wednesday and Ben Homayoun assisted me. He found the perfect replacement Subaru Outback for me. He was kind, patient, resourceful, and worked hard to make the process stress free. I really appreciated his patient, professional manner. I'd also like to thank Bijan Sadeghi for helping the payment/paperwork process go smoothly. He, too, is a very nice man. I definitely will return to Stevens Creek Subaru next time I need to replace my Subaru. By the way, this is my 5th Subaru. My third one saved my life in an accident when someone ran into me and totaled my car. The protection a Subaru provides is priceless.

I usually hate the car buying experience. I've been to many dealerships over the years and it's usually an unpleasant battle. Most of the time I'm left with a bad taste in my mouth, wondering if I got a good deal. Buying my Forester at Steven's Creek was really the first positive buying experience I've had. Ben and Mike were very knowledgeable and comfortable to speak with. I'd done some research so I had an idea what I wanted to pay along with my trade-in. I expected really high initial offers from the finance manager, but Alex had a reasonable ballpark figure to start with. We had to dance a bit (there's no avoiding that), but the negotiations were respectful and we came to terms fairly quickly. Subarus are great vehicles as most people know. I would definitely recommend getting one from Steven's Creek. I look forward to getting my Forester serviced at the new facility in the coming years.

We just bought a used Forester with the help of Sean Soliamani - I appreciated his helpful and caring approach. He allowed me to 'lead' the purchase process by listening, asking good questions and helping me arrive at the decision. That's the kind of salesperson I like!

Worked with Payman over email before coming in to the dealership. He was so responsive, gave us a great price and matched the %APR we we're quoted at another dealership. At the dealership, we were in/out under 4 hours, purchased a new Outback and traded in my old car without any hiccups! They of course offered upgrades but weren't pushy when we said no.
