I just read the poor reviews and I had to write this one in favor of Stevens Creek Subaru. In Oct 2008 I ordered a 2009 Forester from Masooud Mir. He is a professional, he got me the Forester that I wanted at a good price. Unfortunately he has left this dealer ship. Now as far as the service dept. goes in 2016 I had the Takata airbag recall, I took my Forester and I was given a brand new Crosstrek as a company loaner for two months. I had told them that I was planning a road trip to Florida in October, the service advisor said "no problem" come a few days before your trip and I will set you up with a free rental. Sure enough they gave me a voucher for Hertz, I got a Ford Focus and to Florida we went. Two weeks into our trip I received a call from the service dept. that our Forester was fixed. I told the service advisor that it would be about 2 more weeks before we got back and he said no problem. Now about 1 1/2 years ago I took my Forester for a timing belt, hoses other drive belts and water pump replacement. The service advisor gave me a price and I took it in. When the work was done, the price was much higher. I then talked with another man and he told me that he was no longer with the dealer. The advisor Jonathan, I talked to lowered the price to what I had agreed with the now fired advisor and I was very happy with their customer service.

I contacted Stevens Creek Subaru's internet sales department to get a quote. I spoke with Shane Amirkiai, who gave me an out-of-the-door price in 5 minutes. No stalling, no bull-shit, no games. He also offered to match or beat any other quote I can get. His price was so competitive that nobody else could beat it and I bought the car the next day. When I went to pick up the car, Shane was thoroughly professional. We did most of the paperwork before I even got there and I was out in about an hour, including a 10 minute drive of the car I was going to buy. I strongly recommend Shane and I wish more car salesmen would be as forthright, professional, and easy-to-work-with as him.

Shout out to "Uncle" Ben! Ben, is a great salesman and helped me get the car I wanted at a reasonable-price. He explained to me the differences between the cars I was interested in. That, helped me narrow down my preference. I highly recommend him if anyone is looking into buying a car. Also, he's genuine and offers snacks!

The staff were really friendly and very patient. My sales person was Essi, he was really patient, and explained all details of the car to great point. The finance guy Cemal, was really fast. When I told him to stop selling useless options to me, he really didn't push anything, but when I would ask for more explanation, he would explain with accuracy. Frank Lee, the GM, was really helpful solving my financing issues.

Brought my wife's 2015 Crosstrek XV for an Oil Change. Adrian (service Advisor) had mentioned that is time for the 30k maintenance. I went ahead to get that done as well. Adrian is friendly and informative. I waited in the waiting area. Seats are very comfortable. There are a pair of automatic espresso machines with yummy custom drinks. There is a Television as well where I watched the Royal Wedding. It happened to be on that channel and didn't want to bother the service people just to change the channel since they were quite busy. There is free WiFi. There are men's and women's restrooms. Would be nice to keep more cars In the showroom rather than the two STI that were priced just above $80k. Realistically, People are more likely to buy an Outback, Forester, Legacy, Impreza or a Crosstrek, Even a BRZ over the STI. Need to improve on marketing. Since, I purchased the Crosstrek here and it's fairly close to home, I will be coming back here to have all services done.

The Service Advisors try hard and Gary Abraham is a man of his word. Great Shop Foreman if you get a chance to ever talk to him. The facility is meh and no free car wash but good service.
