Service experts know their job and are straight forward about things. They are able to get the car's information and find all of the details they need to perform the right service on the car and minimize the paperwork for the client. There is a bit of wait but once an agent is able to assist you, service is quick. Mechanics also have been doing a fantastic job turning these cars around quickly.
First of all, I enjoyed the convenience of rescheduling my initial appointment through text. It saved me a trip to the dealership that otherwise would have been a waste of time. On the day of my car's service, Adrian F. welcomed me warmly and made sure I was well taken care of. I really appreciated his enthusiastic and supportive attitude throughout the process.
Let me start by saying that my wife and I have leased our vehicles for more than 20 years now. In that time we've leased from Audi, Nissan, Infiniti, Ford, VW, Chevy, Toyota, and now Subaru. This was by far the best experience we have ever had leasing/buying a car. We were contacted by their internet specialist, Frank Homayoun, soon after our inquiry on their website. Frank quoted us an ePrice for the vehicle that we wanted that beat the competition. We did not have to haggle with the price. Their delivery service was exceptional. When we went in to fill out the paper work, Frank had the car ready and he got us out in less than an hour! When our lease is up for our other car we will be returning to Stevens Creek Subaru.

Service advisor was friendly and wanted to make my experience a great one from the moment we shook hands. Appointment was done earlier than I thought; exceeding expectations. Beware of huge price delta for their "tiers" of major service. For 30k it was a range of $280-700. I assume if it had to be done there wouldn't be an option to pay more for it.
