I arrived at 9:40 am for my 10 am appointment. Though there are lots of employees walking around, there seems to be only two people here to check in customers. It's 10:10 am and I'm still not next in line. It's a frustrating experience.

Pictured here with my wife and her birthday present is car salesman Hossein Mogadasi of Stevens Creek Subaru. Hossein is a hard worker and the crew was very friendly, did a great job and made it a smooth and enjoyable transaction. We received great customer service and a great price!

I bought a new Subaru at Stevens Creek Subaru this week and had the best experience. I had been to three other area dealerships looking at cars this month and hands down would not recommend anyone else. Mike Pepper (Dr. Pepper they call him) was the most helpful and caring salesman, without being pushy. I am a single mom and most dealerships have treated me like I was an idiot wasting their time or could be pushed around and manipulated. I am neither; I do my research and knew what I wanted and what I could afford. Mike worked with me, helping me with my trade-in, getting the exact vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford and he was great to my kids too, who didn't mind hanging out at the dealership with me for three hours while I bought the car, because they were treated so well. I even realized I had forgotten my alumni plate cover on my old car and CDs in the disc changer and went back a couple days later and Mike helped me get them from my old car! I can't recommend Stevens Creek Subaru enough and especially "Dr." Mike Pepper!

I'd like to thank Janet and Ritchel from Stevens Creek Subaru for helping me out today. Janet was very detailed and thorough giving me all kinds of different options that fit my finances. She will work with you every step of the way no matter what situation you may be in. Ritchel was also very friendly and kind. She took me on a test drive with a few family members and showed me the ins and outs of the car. With that, I'm a proud owner of a brand new 2018 Subaru WRX :)

First time here seems like all is going well. Im exicited because there bringing cars around for me to see . does this mean im approved.......

This review is just for buying a car. We had a great experience buying from Aydin Fattahe at Stevens Creek Subaru. He was not pushy at all while showing us the car (Outback) for our first time. He made the purchasing process extremely easy, especially given my hectic schedule. The Finance department is a little pushy with all the cross selling and upselling. That said, Aydin Fattahe was fantastic to work with, and I would go back to him if I were in the market for another Subaru. Five stars for Aydin!
