My husband and I had such a great experience here. Irvin and Frank were amazing. They didn't play games and were genuine and courteous with us through the whole process. We felt like they were really trying to help us, not make it difficult. It was completely different than the experience at Toyota Stevens Creek just moments before. I highly suggest this dealership!

After having shopped around for a new 2019 Forester, I found the configuration I desired on-site at Stevens Creek Subaru. The main sales manager, Frank Homayoun, was tremendously helpful and responsive. He gave a great price compared to other dealerships, and made the process hassle-free and efficient. He assigned Essi Adelkhani, who was highly responsive, paid attention to detail--even personally did some of the final detailing of the car--and was great sales person. Highly recommend Stevens Creek Subaru.

We purchase a 2015 Subaru Impreza here last month. The car is really clean and we got it for a great price. We drove three hours to see the car and the dealership promised us it would not be sold out from under us and they were good for their promise. Our salesman was Dr Pepper and I highly recommend him.

I take my car here to get service. So far, it has been a good experience. I do have to say that I was turned away one Saturday, I was told they didn't have enough technicians and they were only taking those with appointments. I am unsure if this was the case since they only had two cars in which they were working on. I now know to make an appointment just to be on the safe side.

First time at the Stevens Creek Subaru. At first I'd say I wasn't very impressed by the customer service. The staff seemed very disorganized, had poor communication skills among each other & with customers, & their overall energy was very low. I asked to speak to the manager about an oil change issue that I had experienced at a different Subaru & the manager on duty (Jared) was very empathetic & understanding. He told me that because of my trouble he'd give me a free oil change service during my visit. He then passed me off to my service technician Cedric & filled him in on everything going on. Cedric told me that the service should take about an hour & a half... but 3 hours later my service still hadn't been completed. When I went to check in with Cedric he apologized & compt the $35 tire patch that I needed. Overall I was very pleased by the service aptitude & the way that both Cedric & Jared were able to turn around my first experience at Stevens Creek Subaru. Needless to say I'll be returning to this location for my future car needs because of their outstanding ability to make everything right. Thanks to you both Jared & Cedric! Keep up the awesome customer service!

While shopping around, we did look at multiple Subaru options including this one, but they stood out in terms of service. Taz Asim walked us patiently through the process without pushing us or doing any of the typical naggy sales talk. While i did face that with the financing guys, it wasnt too bad. We had an excellent experience with Stevens Creek Subaru overall, all because of Taz. He deserves a 5 star rating.
