I can't thank the Stevens Creek mechanics enough for removing a mangled oil drain plug caused by a Subaru dealership in Beaverton Oregon. 6 mechanics took their time to remove a mangled oil drain plug. Again thank you guys! I attached a photo of what they removed!
Sales Rep Shane Amirkiai was extremely knowledgeable on the vehicle and clearly explained options and advantages on both the vehicle and financing. No high pressure sales pitch just a informative, honest and trustworthy interaction. I truly believe that Shane's number one priority is a Excellent Customer Service Experience. This was the least painful New Car experience we have ever had. Shane addressed ALL of our questions and concerns with clear and concise explanations. All of the Subaru dealerships were within a couple of hundred dollars of each other we went with Steven's Creek Subaru because of the personal service we received from our sales rep Shane Amirkai.
Your goto people are Dennis, Padram and at the lovely lady at the reception. Dennis was extremely knowledgeable about Subaru cars and other competing cars which made our decision process much easier. I had a very positive experience overall.
