I was greeted promptly and courteously. Service order was quickly written up and I was told how long it would take. I was informed that the air filter was dirty and asked if I want to change it now (it would have been due to be changed on the next visit. And I was informed of the cost). I decided to have them change it at this appointment. Everything was completed within the time I was told. And all details of what was done was explained and also how much longer I have on tires, brakes, etc. I remain very impressed with your service department.

Stevens Creek Subaru,Roy has been outstanding at providing customer service, he made my first time buying experience at Subaru dealership a breeze. I have been to multiple ones in the area but Stevens creek was very accommodating. I was in and out of there pretty quick and haggle free. Thanks to him, I now own a Subaru. He had great energy and will help you answer questions even when he is off the clock. Great salesman, very accommodating, and super friendly. Ask for him if you stop by the Stevens creek area, also this guy always has a friendly smile and bunch of jokes to tell so be ready to have s fun buying experience.
