The problem of my car was diagnosed and resolved in timely manner

People are friendly, but slow. I had a 3:30 appointment to drop off my car for service and it took them over an hour just to do the paperwork. Crazy!

Charles Catbagan is a great service advisor. He provided me a clear description of the problem with my car, updated me regularly on the status of my car during its time at the Subaru service department, and got me back in my fixed car in less than the previously quoted timeframe.
