My family and I has bought 2 Subaru's from this place 06 WRX 07 Tribeca and now we just picked up our 3rd Subaru an Outback this time. Ask for Febrianto (Feb). He is a great sales consultant, very knowledgable and no pressure type of guy. My family and I will continue to drive 2 hours to give this place our business.

If you are going in for service it is the best Subaru I have encountered here in the Bay Area so far! If you are going Troy is your man. He works really hard to meet all your expectations.

Went to Stevens Creek Subaru to look at a used car (another top brand not Subaru) and they were really good to deal with. Hossien was my sales guy and I would highly recommend him. He was helpful, patient, walked me through the process and really put me at ease. I had avoided buying a car because sales guys can be pushy but Hossien made the whole process go smoothly. There was a lot of negotiation back and forth and the entire Subaru team made it as trouble free. I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend Hossien if you're looking to buy a Subaru or one of their used vehicles.

Chip was really helpful and comfortable for me to work with. This was my first time leasing a car and he took the time to explain everything to me. So far, so good!

Went here with my baby brother to get his first new car. My brother actually emailed around first and Andreas gave him a good deal, so we went to see him. Incredibly nice guy. We came on a super busy day, but he took good care of us and made the day feel shorter than it was. Before, we were worried about super pushy cars salesmen, but we had a good experience. My brother knew exactly what he wanted, so that helped the process go a lot faster. Other than shaking the living electricity out of the vending machine to get my stuck chips out, Andreas also made sure to save us time by getting the credit detailed while we filled out paperwork, was fun to chat with, and made sure we stayed hydrated in the heat. Professional and friendly. Long day, but well worth it!!

I attended my cousins sweet 16 in San Jose and the following day her dad decided to surprise her by taking her to buy a car. Her favorite car is the Subaru Outback so of course he took her to the Stevens Creek car dealer. Since it was a big event for her a bunch of us tagged along for the surprise. We were greeted and helped by Christ who was not only extremely knowledgable on everything Subaru, but also very professional . Since it was her first car we all had so many questions. Imagine being bombarded with questions by 6 people. Lol Christ handled it well and answered all our questions and concerns with ease. After choosing her car Christ helped her Dad get the best deal possible. So not only did my cousin leave with a brand new car but her Dad got a great deal as well. We can't thank Christ enough for all of his help. My cousin is over the moon with her brand new first car.
