Joel Fedai was a huge help getting my 2016 Crosstrek. He really knew the vehicle from detailed radio instructions to the underlying structure of the chassis to the engine performance. He did an excellent job explaining what sets Subaru's apart from other vehicles. That was enough to convince me and make a well-informed car buyer. After the very informative and educating test drive, he worked with me to come up with a fair price for my trade in and the car purchase. I feel like I got a great deal, and Joel was able to throw in several add-on accessories to complete an excellent experience.

My 5 PM oil change appt. turned out to be possible at 4 PM when I found myself available--I waited 30 or 40 minutes tops, even with a complimentary carwash and light detailing. Everyone was courteous and checked in with me to ask questions or let me know how long things would take. When I checked out with the service rep, he told me of one part that could use replacement (a filter) but when I asked to wait until my next service (so it will be free) he told me what waiting will do (reduce gas mileage slightly) and let me decide.

All interactions with employees at the dealership were pleasurable. We had an e-quote before we arrived at the dealership and the quote price remained consistent throughout our transaction without any confusion about what would be included in what we were receiving. We enjoyed purchasing this car at the dealership so much that we are already considering returning there in several months for another purchase.
