I have purchased two Subaru Foresters from this dealership. Both buying experiences were easy, with no high pressure sales techniques. I have my car serviced here as well. The service staff is friendly, and appear to care for us customers. The waiting area is clean and welcoming, with premium coffee, bottled water, doughnuts to keep us occupied while we wait. They have a shuttle service for those who live or work within a 10 mile radius. I am a happy customer, and will continue to use Stevens Creek Subaru for my car's maintenance needs.

Came in on Friday 04-29-16 to look at the 2016 Subaru Impreza. Hamid took us on a test drive and completely won us over. We loved the car and Hamid. I went with my Gf to purchase a car with expectation of seeing aggressive salesman who don't know about the products. We spoke with Chris Gh. (Last name was a little difficult). He made us both feel very comfortable and explain to us all of our options. We eneded up purchasing a car from these guys since they werent pushy. The personalized service we got from Hamid, who introduced us to Subarus all together was amazing. We had never even been in a Subaru before and he helped to make us feel confident that a Subaru was right for us. He and the Subaru buying process really broke down all the features of the car to help us see how intuitive the design was and to make sure we knew how to use it. We traded in our car, and Hamid came with us back to our home to pick up the car. It was by far the EASIEST and FASTEST car buying process we have every experienced; from looking at the car options, selecting one, test driving one, then purchasing.

I'm very happy with the Service Department's professionalism and honesty. The technician who cleaned my car found my lost VISA gold card and returned it to me. I had given up trying to find it myself and I was just about to cancel the card and ask my bank to give me a new one. I've never had a problem with their service work, and the Late Night Drop-Off has always worked very well for me. Thank you very much to whoever found it and returned it!!!
