They are always nice. But, taking the car in was always an errand that was a hassle for me and the way it made it not so bad was the simple thing of rewarding myself with a morning doughnut that was placed in the waiting room! It made it not so bad when I had the doughnut and coffee there. However... last couple times- no doughnuts for the customers. I saw a couple of employees eating them at the register. So, it goes. Not something I forward to doing again and the scale starts to dip in favor of the less expensive down the street mechanic.

Shane was a joy to work with! He got me a great price on my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek and was very communicative throughout the entire process. I would recommend him 100%

Came in for windshield replacement, but I go in regularly for all my service needs. I trust their opinions and their judgment.
