I recently purchased a Crosstrek and I had a really great experience working with Shane! I started speaking with Shane via email all the way back at the beginning of May. He was always very polite and was super patient with me as I went through the process of deciding what car I wanted, the color, options, etc. From start to finish, we emailed over 70 times across 4 months... I've never experienced that sort of patience and care from a sales rep before! It was greatly appreciated. The car I wanted wasn't in stock, but it was really simple to get one ordered.Another thing I really appreciated about working with Shane was how upfront and transparent he was with pricing, always giving me the best price from the start. I do a lot of research and have an understanding of the prices that are out there. It was clear after just a few emails that there was no need for me to shop around. It was so nice to not have to haggle or check into fine print exclusions. I actually ended up ordering more options than I first intended to because the pricing was so good, there was no need for me to buy and install parts on my own.When I came to pick up the car I had ordered, Shane already had everything setup for me and I was in and out in less than an hour. I also appreciated that the finance manager I worked with was easy going and there was no pressure to add on additional things that I was not interested in.I'm really happy to have worked with Shane and to have purchased my new car with Stevens Creek!
Best, best customer service. Timely and efficient. Estimate was spot on.Definitely best waiting room with coffee, magazines and comfortable space.But of course ...they sell Subarus!
