Our sales guy Chris was Very Proactive and knowledgeable to provide all facts. He worked very well with Finance knowing about our budget concerns of Monthly Installment and making us happy and satisfied at end. We had planned to look at Crosstek while exploring options of SUV and drove off with Outback 2017. In general when you are exploring options, sales people are acting to make you feel like in rush/ forcing you but we didn't have this feeling with Chris. It was a completely thoughtful and happy decision with help of Chris.
