Buying my first car here may have spoiled me for the rest of my car purchasing experiences. The sales people aren't pushy and the legal people help explain the multitude of paperwork you have to sign.Bringing my car in for services is easy and simple. The online scheduling system work nicely. Their shuttle service needs a bit of work, maybe have more than one shuttle, but they are still great and will drive you where you need to go.

I brought my vehicle for first car service and was offered complimentary service including car wash even though I purchased my vehicle from a different dealership. Dante the Service Advisor was professional and listened to my concerns carefully. The service took bit longer than expected and one issue remains open, as lead mechanic wasn't working that day. Some other mechanic tried to help and obviously wasn't knowledgeable enough. I am bit disappointed as I have to bring my vehicle to dealership again, so I hope the appropriate staff is present and issue is resolved quickly.

Just bought an Subaru Outback from this place. They offered best price in Bay area. Very professional staff. Matt Kanawyre (their sales rep) was very helpful and proactive during whole purchase process. Their finance department found the best loan deal for me. Overall a great car buying experience.

The whole experience was great. I drove into the service area and waited a bit in line until Troy came out and asked if I needed help. He was super friendly and fun to work with. He went above and beyond.
