Fast and prompt, great customer service!!
It's a car dealership. Can get so extremely busy.
I brought in a vehicle that had seen the salt of New England and New York for 6 years. I knew the brake pads were worn pretty thin and the car needed regular maintenance anyways.Sal, my service rep, recommended a change of the entire brake system. Something not cheap, but considering all brake parts were pretty rusted and worn, probably a worthy investment. I'm glad that he was frank about the costs upfront, instead of trying to upsell me after I had agreed to the service. The service was performed by Nadim, and I can say the brake assembly looked brand new at the end of the service. Due to the amount of corrosion on the underside of the car, the job ended up taking 2 more days than expected. As a result, Sal gave me a loaner car, which was not part of the contract, but an act I appreciated greatly.Service was high quality, frank and easy to work with. Many thanks to Sal and Nadim!
GREAT SERVICE AWSOME PEOPLE I WAS IN AND OUT THANK YOU VERY MUCH
I worked with Roy, and the process was straightforward. While the exact configuration of the vehicle I wanted was not available (which is the case nationwide - its just a very rare configuration), once I came to a decision on an available vehicle, Roy matched the offer I had and there were no surprises. Other dealers in the area could not match the the same price. Buying a car is overall not a fun process, but doing my homework ahead of time, and then working with Roy at Stevens Creek, made the sales part of it not at all bad. I'd purchase at Stevens Creek Subaru again.
