I scheduled an appointment for my 2017 Forester since the roof seemed to be leaking. The closest dealership is 20 miles from where I live, so I requested a loaner car while the warranty work was being performed. Nobody could tell me if they would have a loaner available for me, so I had to make other arrangements on my dime. The work was performed in a timely fashion, but when I picked up my car, it was dirtier than when I dropped it off and there were hard water spots all over the exterior of the car which I had removed on my dime. I thought that Stevens Creek Subaru would take better care of someone who purchased the car from them. At least it seems they fixed the leak.
