They did a great job getting us a new Impreza at the best price in the Bay Area. No hassles, no hard sell. Chip was really great and stayed 2-3 hours after he was supposed to go home in order to help us finish up the paperwork and everything else.
The price was fair the sales staff was very friendly and help-full and the financing was good. I purchased a 3 year 42,000 mile service contract from the finance department on 02/03/2015. It normally takes two weeks to post so that you can use any Subaru dealership for service I took my car in for service today 06/30/2015 at Putnam and they had no record of the service agreement so what is with this@f0 Some one didn't do there job. I am not happy!!
I just moved to the area from the East Coast. I was blown away by the customer service I received from the team at Stevens Creek Subaru, especially Troy. They truly take an interest in you as a person and do whatever they can to help, they even helped in my search for a place to live around the area! Troy went above and beyond his job duties, and I would absolutely recommend this place if only for their service team!
Ray Amirkai was excellent. He was thoughtful, patient, and enabled us to make the best choice. His assistance throughout the process of selecting and then purchasing the car was outstanding.
I had an easy experience buying my car. I was a little disappointed that the car I requested was sold the day prior, but Joel worked to give me the same level of discount on the car I selected.I will definitely work with Joel again when I'm ready for my next Subaru.
