There is not enough salesman. Not enough cars. Everyone was nice though. We will have to return another time.
We had a great experience at Stevens Creek Subaru. Our salesperson, Gurpreet, was awesome. He was very transparent and thorough about the buying process. We definitely asked a lot of questions and test drove several cars, several times. He was very patient and responsive throughout, and never pressured or steered us at any time. And, we could have walked away with enough information to shop elsewhere. But, we really appreciated his sales approach, and it was a big factor in why we decided to come back and buy from him. When we were handed off to Ali (financing) to sign the paperwork on our new Forester, it was a smooth transition. He was calm, patient and very thorough as well. He made sure that we understood everything we were offered, that it was the correct offer (prices, options, etc.), and we understood every document we were about to sign (there are a lot).Often when you're getting ready to sign paperwork, you're prepared to get hit with all the add-ons (added trim, etc.) and upselling. Ali didn't do that at all (neither did Gurpreet). He offered us the service contract, gap insurance, and warranty which were all practical over the life of the car. No more, no less. It was a relief.Even though it was the end of the day, there was no rush what so ever. For us, it was a big decision to purchase and we felt like we were in good hands. We felt like both Gupreet and Ali had our best interest at heart and we feel like we made a good decision about the car we bought. Thank you both!
The service was excellent. I was traveling across the US & needed an oil change & a very young man took care of us. He offered a 10% discount & got the vehicle done in less than one hour. Incredible.
Great service, competent.
Patience, care, personal attention and not pushing to make a quick sale. Paymon the sales guy was awesome.
