Ben was very accommodating and answered all my questions giving me a high level of confidence that I was making a good choice. Cemal got through the papers very quickly and efficiently.

When I came in they said it's gonna take an hour but it has been 2 hours and I haven't even got any update on the status of my car. When I ask them they say it would take more time as they are short staffed. In fact I have booked an appointment well in advance and to my vain people who came after me got their cars.
