Very satisfied with this dealership and Shane who helped me! Submit a request online and Shane responded to my request soon. He gave me a pretty good number for me lease before I even walked in by email, unlike other dealers usually just try to bring you in( it is not easy to arrange time) .The entire process is swift and smooth, Shane is very knowledgable and pleasant to talk to. He helped me along the process and gave me very good deal on the car.All staff I work with in Stevens Creek Subaru are very helpful. Shane helped me test drove, guide me through the process, gave very detailed introduction and walk through to the car; The managers are very easy to work with too, I got a lot of stupid questions, but got all of them answered patiently and really in detail.Thanks a lot!
