The person who we were originally going to work with was sick, so Shane came in on his day off to help us. Shane made us feel completely at ease. It was like a friend was helping us, not some pushy salesman. Shane provided thorough answers to our questions. The whole process, including the visit with the finance manager, took about three hours.If we decide to purchase another Subaru, we will absolutely make the drive to Stevens Creek Subaru - all the way from Petaluma!

It was a busy morning but Erman did a great job in accessing the busyness and attended to me as soon as he could. They gave me a call when the service for my car was completed in and when I went to pick up the car they explained what they had done and what I will need to do for my next service. Great and efficient customer service.
