My Outback has had battery issues for a while -- where the back hatch wouldn't open or I needed to jump start the car. But I always thought there was a reason why the batter may be low -- e.g., maybe I left the hatch open too long... But I had to jump start my car 2 times in one week. So I decided to bring my car in for service. It turns out the batter needed to be replaced AND my car had 36360 miles. So 360 miles out of warranty. I was not happy that the batter needed to be replaced when the car is not even 2.5 years old. The service coordinator spoke with the warranty manager to replace the battery and cover it. I was grateful for his thoughtfulness.
Clean, efficient and well run. I had a question for a salesperson and he was extremely helpful as well. Car was ready before promised.

Had a pretty good experience here. The sales guy wasn't too pushy, and I was able to negotiate a reasonable deal so win-win.
