I just purchased my third car from Stevens Creek Subaru and am happy to say that once again they have exceeded my expectations! I visited their lot a couple months ago and test drove a black 2016 WRX sedan to check out the new model, a gentleman that goes by the name "G" showed me to the car and welcomed me for a test drive, there was no pressure and he was more than happy to help me out. This week I visited the site again and found the perfect WRX for me, the sales rep Shane welcomed me back and I test drove a different WRX, the car was really nice so I decided to purchase it. Shane worked with me and introduced me to the General Manager Brian to work out a deal; sure enough Brian sat down with me and took his time to settle on a price. Brian was very knowledgeable about Subarus, we had a conversation about an automobile market study relating to Subaru owners, it was clear that he was passionate about his clients and the customer experience. Once we settled on a deal, the sales rep. Shane was very expedient and efficient with arranging the transaction. I also had a great experience with signing all of the paperwork, once again the process was seamless, I was able to sign all of the documents in less than 30-minutes. On my way out "G" and Brian congratulated me and wished me well on my way. Shane welcomed me to my new car, and another sales rep. Taz snapped several photos and chatted about the car. I was very happy and pleased to purchase my third Subaru from Stevens Creek Subaru.
