If you're looking to purchase a Subaru car from Stevens Creek Subaru, definitely look up Shane Amirkiai. This was by far the easiest, smoothest transaction I've ever encountered when purchasing a car. I went through Subaru's website to build a car with my specifications. I ended up receiving an email from Shane shortly thereafter and he answered all of my questions. The car I wanted was not in stock and so he ordered one to my specifications and I received it today. To boot, the price I was quoted was much lower than another place I had inquired earlier. Lucky for me, the other dealer fell through and I found Shane instead. Shane is very professional, very approachable and follows through. The latter was the most important for me as that is the very reason I dropped the other dealer...they never followed through leaving me several days in the dark before they got back to me. Shane *always* got back to me. He's a great salesman with no pressure whatsoever. A very nice guy all around...you will definitely be happy with him. Thanks Shane! You truly define customer service at it's best.
