Our car got totalled while parked...in the middle of the night...in the rain. So as you can imagine, we weren't planning on car shopping anytime soon nor thrilled about having to do it so close to the holidays. Matt Kanawyer was very helpful, he even drove out to Modesto on a Friday to personally drive our car back to the dealership so we could get the car we wanted before the weekend and we didn't have to extend the rental car. He was very responsive and was able to get us the best possible price out of any of the dealers in the area.
