My experience with Stevens Creek Subaru was virtually painless and enjoyable...pretty hilarious too, as the team that works there is very good-natured! I first began my search online and emailed the Internet Manager for information. I already filled out the finance form as well so that I could just have all my ducks in a row by the time I was ready to purchase. I was contacted the very next day by Cemal, the Internet Manager. He was friendly, knowledgeable and prepared for my visit to the dealership. He was truly interested in what vehicle would serve my lifestyle best. I do Triathlon and many other sporty endeavors and he was patient in listening to me discuss my needs in a rec vehicle. Inside of less than a week, I completed the search, visit, and transaction of getting into a new Crosstrek Hybrid with all the bells & whistles. From product knowledge to financing and everything in between, there isn't anything that could possibly have made my experience any better; it was what and how, a true car buying experience should be. It was swift, easy, and the dealership is very competitive in their pricing. Not once did I get flustered in the process; they are a very fair, no pressure dealership. I want to separately commend Brian, the GM at the dealership for his kindness and obvious leadership; Cemal-my salesperson, who was great in every way, Ali in finance, who was very kind and thorough in making certain I was covered, and RJ for all of their incredible help and enthusiasm throughout the entire process. Oh and there was a guy there that sang a few songs to me while I was waiting. He was hilarious and friendly! Thank you to the receptionist with the sweet dog as well! Outrageously friendly staff! I would MOST DEFINITELY send prospective buyers their way! Thanks guys!!!! :-)
