This review is for Masood Mir, one of the internet salespersons at Stevens Creek Subaru. Let me start off by saying, if you're looking to buy a car and your plan is to walk into the dealership and negotiate prices that way, then you're wasting your time. Best way to shop around these days for cars is to have a few dealerships give you the lowest bid, per se, on the car you want to buy. (go to website, build a vehicle, request quotes, then reply to each dealer to get the lowest price, I got my impreza 2.5i 5 door for about a thousand under invoice) I don't know why so many yelpers have given this dealership such a horrible rating. The people inside seem very nice. It was raining when I bought my car and a nice sales person even came out with an umbrella to guide us into the dealership from the lot. Maybe some of the salesmen who are only at the dealership short term (Masood has been there for a few years so he has a reputation to hold) and quit only after a few months are total jerks, but Masood made the process easy and simple. I have also heard of people who can be hired to change ratings over yelp.com. To prove that I'm legit, you can email me and swing by and see the car I bought. I'm also 19 years old so many salespeople don't take me very seriously when I say I want to test drive vehicle A and compare it to vehicle B at another dealership, but Masood was very patient and didnt try to change my plans. He also drives the same brand of car that he sells. Overall this dealership is clean, the staff is nice, and the price is the best around (Carlsen couldn't match the offer and Captiol had a lack of inventory). If there are any bad things to say, it would be the size of the dealership. Could use some remodeling and expansion. I'll try to remember to come back and edit the post after I get my foglights put in by the service department which arent open on Sundays. *Edit Got back from dealership service on my car. Pretty quick. They didn't start until 30 minutes after my appointment time, but it was done 30 minutes later so it was cool.
