Matt K was great. We felt welcomed and he took time to answer our questions without any of the " pressure" I was concerned about in purchasing a new car. In emails , phone and in person he was responsive and friendly! Also very relatable, understood the needs of driving Hwy 17 and living in the mountains. I brought in the "build" and emailed it to him earlier and got a price over the phone. I liked no surprises and getting exactly what I wanted. He was also recommended to us by a friend. Its interesting that what I appreciated ie- no pitch - time to think , making sure ALL my questions were answered but not dumping info on me unasked was perceived as a negative in other review.
