When I decided to start looking into buying a Subaru WRX I shopped around at a couple Subaru dealerships. I ended up landing on Stevens Creek because of the awesome service and great pricing that I received from Shane. He was able to get me behind the wheel of a WRX during my first visit there and was incredibly knowledgeable about the car. I made multiple visits to gather the information I needed and he was welcoming and very helpful every single time. I ended up special ordering a 2018 WRX through him and he made the buying process very transparent . I never felt rushed or forced to make decisions I wasn't comfortable with. The day I showed up to take delivery of my WRX, it was spotless and at the front of the lot ready to go. Shane ran through various features of the car and made sure I drove off the lot with confidence. We went back in to get through the paperwork and working with him and Wais in the finance department was a very smooth process. They both stuck around late on a Friday to make sure I was all set. After that I was able to jump in the car and drive it back home. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a Subaru. They'll make sure you drive off happily in your new car.
