My great experience started through my email conversations with Roy Almeyda. He answered all of my questions and was very prompt. Once I met him at the dealership, he went above and beyond to make sure I left with the car I wanted. It was my first time buying a brand new car and he made sure everything I wanted was taken care of. Weiss helped me with financing my brand new 2018 Subaru Impreza Premium hatchback and he was the icing on the cake! I had been at the dealer for over 4 hours. My boyfriend and I were exhausted and extremely hungry. Weiss was super friendly and mellow, which helped me feel relaxed and in good hands. My bank was being difficult and he was patient and understanding throughout the entire process. I couldn't have imagined having a better experience than the one I did.
