7 months ago my car won't start since I was under warranty Opted to go to Subaru dealer to get a replacement instead I was charged With a 200$ bill to clean off the corrosion.fast forward to this week my battery died again after having my car sErviced for 30k miles two monthS ago(my automechanic is the best in milpitas imo) .Brought it again to Subaru and they said there was a leak in my battery. My qUestion is could we have prevented it if we changed the batttery 7months ago seems like the 200$ cleaning fee was too much. Service is great but like the usual dealer they do charge a lot.I felt lIke I was talked to some uneeded services my 1st time here. Could have had it serviices somewhere if I wasn't covered
