I usually don't write reviews but the experience here was excellent. I was skeptical about buying a car because of it being a huge stepping stone for me but the associate Taz was a real gentleman and an expert in his trade. He made sure to take care of us ( my brother , my girlfriend , and me) as if we were his friends while maintaining his professionalism. That was critical to me because there's always a natural customer-employee hostility but Taz broke the ice easily by treating us like humans. That to me is the purest definition of superb customer service. Thank you Subaru Stevens Creek. Thank you Mor"Taz"a!!
