What a positive and amazing ending to such a challenging decade! With the loss of our beloved Dachshund Dylen in and car break-in at work in 2018 then one major car accident ( my car was totaled) and another car break-in 2019, I needed some positive reinforcement immediately! My daughter has always had spot-on intuition and again with all the challenges...I needed a new SAFE car and we decided on a Subaru Outback Limited! The San Jose team was remarkable! I was nervous and not ready to look at cars, but my daughter put her foot down and demanded that we deal with our car situation ASAP. So I took the plunge and drove to Subaru of San Jose. Upon arriving inside the dealership we were greeted by Kevin the General Manager, that kept us (My daughter and myself) very interested in Subaru and what safety really represents! The information just added to feeling confident in my decision to buy a new car! Our stupendous salesman Taz was the complete icing on our car buying experience. Taz is the ultimate professional who is kind, extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Subaru and the safety really meansThe entire experience went so smooth that I am still excited by our entire experience with Taz, Luis (Financial Manager) who was utterly impressive ever step of the way! As for Andreas (Manage), Kevin (General Manager), the other managers and staff are the epitome of outstanding customer service with kindness! Subaru San Jose is sharing the love and respect! Please ask for Taz he is truly a fantastic man and I love my beautiful Outback Taz thank you for caring about my daughter, myself and driving safety desires! Tammy
