This is a review for the SERVICE department. I have used Steven's Creek and Carlsen Subaru for service. Steven's Creek was much better. The staff was courteous and informative, and the prices were reasonable. Unlike Carlsen Subaru, they did not try to scare me into adding unnecessary extras to the standard maintenance jobs. They were very prompt at diagnosing and replacing a large defective part. Again Carlsen did not do this and tried to explain that the part was functioning within acceptable parameters. My only complaint is that check-in is a little slow.
