Looking back on buying a car from here actually makes me happy. My wife and I walked in without an appointment and pursued the lot. We were noticed right away, even though they were busy, but I was glad we were not bothered as we looked at a couple cars. However, when we had a question and wanted to look more detail into a car, a salesperson was over immediately and he gladly showed us the cars we wanted. Unfortunately, he had an appointment and so had to leave, but handed us over to Liu. Liu answered all our questions honestly about all the features of the different options. He showed us which ones people really enjoyed and some add-ons that he thought we might like, and also mentioned which ones people didn't think were useful. While he was still a salesperson trying to up-sell a car, being upfront like this was really appreciative, especially since we already had the same opinion based on our research. He was never pushy or felt bothered by our questions. I was surprised that even though we didn't have an appointment, he let us test drive the 2 cars we wanted to. He even offered for us to try a third model if we wanted, but we declined. All during the drives he was knowledgeable with the features and again, was never pushy. As we were not buying that day, he gave us all the information needed, and even the final talk with the manager was very good, as he helped shape some decisions and answer questions we had without ever being pushy for a sale or making us feel like we wasted his time. Later on we got requested and got quote from them, which amazingly was right on target with our research for the best price and as well as what we wanted to pay, so we came back. We were met with Hamid when we walked in to the lot. We decided we liked a a different car than the one quoted, and Hamid showed us the car we actually wanted. The final options, pricing and documentation were easily arranged, and exactly on par with what we wanted to pay. Didn't have to haggle or fight an overblown price. Never did we feel pushed for extra options we didn't want or pushed that they wanted the sale. Our trade in was lower than we hoping for, but it was reasonable, and Hamid was up front about the reasons (many of them we already knew ourselves). My wife and I laughed and commented that the sales tactic of leaving new car keys on the desk as he walks away to check paperwork is a nice subtle sale touch. It did take quite a while to finally see financing and finish the deal, as they were quite busy and we didn't have an appointment, but when we finally did everything talked about was up-front and open. Different warranty/maintenance/etc options were offered and shown, but never were we felt pushed, and they never tried to cram items in. (Last car dealer I bought from tried to get us to spend $500+ for VIN etched windows....think how that went when I saw the line item buried in the paperwork). At the end, we were both very happy with the experience. Best things we felt were: 1) Knowledgeable salespeople. Both showed us and explained car options. It was not just a dry reading of the quick start guide they grabbed when you asked them. They had been trained and knew the cars they were selling 2) They were salespeople trying to sell a car, but not pushy. 3) The most honest discussions I've had with car dealers yet
