Deeply express my thanks and appreciation to Ben (Homayoun Louyeh) on helping me and my family finding the right Subaru. He patiently showed and explained on the features of Forester. Although there was a side story happened in the parking lot (we arrived and parked our car at the parking lot and my daughter opened the door and slightly bumped into the car parked next to us. The car owner approached to us rudely arguing with us about the accident. Surely, the bump was not serious!), Ben claimed us down and helped us to switch the focus back to our car-looking tour.
