Update - Changing 5 -> 4 stars.I was promised a travel reimbursement as part of the deal.It didn't get added to the paperwork and a check was supposed to be sent over the next week. 4 weeks later no check. Follow-ups have been unsuccessful. Still a great experience overall, just a sub-par ending.Shane is awesome.People speak of going the extra mile. He went at least 5.- Got the car rewashed/detailed to make it look perfect- Answered all my questions quickly (even afterhours)- Amazing deal. Honest and straightforward.- Went above and beyond to get me the car as soon as possible- He paired me with Janet from finance who was amazing too.Janet- Patiently explained every part of the lease, every form to sign, etc.- Took my concerns and questions seriously, and asked when she didn't know the answer (instead of dismissing them)- Was creative in coming up with solutions to move the process forward- Made sure I didn't have any other questions at the end / understood all the numbers.
