I've been to the Service Department at Stevens Creek a few times and had no issues. Service was good.I was recently in the market for a Crosstrek. Found one at Stevens Creek so I sent an inquiry through their website. I promptly received a message back from Shane and he setup a time for us to come see the car. When we arrived the car had already been prepped and ready for us to test drive. Shane was great. He obviously had a passion for Subaru and was extremely knowledgable about them. We chatted about our shared interest in cars during the test drive. Shane was honest about the car and the buying process. The Crosstrek was in great condition and the price was fair so we made the easy decision to buy. I highly recommend Shane for making our purchase so easy and even a little bit enjoyable!
