Came in on a Saturday afternoon (4PM appointment with Sash) but he ended up being super busy with some customer so Cemal (Jamal) ended up helping me. I told him I had already test driven the Outback 3.6R in the rain but only on surface streets so I wanted to get a feel for what it was like on the freeway (the pickup of the engine etc). They only had 1 car in stock and he went out of his way (had to find the keys to and move 6 cars) in order to get it out and let me drive it. So after talking about when I was looking to buy and what features I was looking for we started talking pricing. He went back and forth several times to his manager to try and negotiate the best price for me. I had been shopping around (online quotes plus had gone to another dealership), and Cemal was able to beat the other quotes to get me a really good deal on the fully loaded Outback. He also negotiated up my trade in value. My experience with Cemal was very pleasant. I felt at ease with him the entire time and didn't feel like he was overly pushy. I felt he had my best interest in mind and wanted to get me the best deal he could for me so that I would be happy. I definitely would recommend coming in and asking for Cemal! Tell him I sent you his way =) Super happy with my purchase and ready to take my new car up to Tahoe to snowboard
