Troy Corriere, service advisor, was the best that ever happened to me at the Subaru Dealership at Stevens Creek! He was professional and personable, and understood what was needed to be done. My radio broke towards the end of the warranty period, and he made good on the warranty. Man - are they busy, but they still work with you with a smile on their faces!
