This review is for Beau Knapp and his associates who helped make today, a brighter day. I had originally set up an appointment at 930AM Tuesday, with Dennis Camba, but he wasn't available, so Beau Knapp was introduced and walked me through the process. I test drove the Scion IM, with Beau answering my questions, and making me feel very comfortable during the drive. Very down to earth personality, rather than robotic, unlike other salesman at dealerships. You know, the ones that couldn't remember your name, so you're 'Buddy!' or 'My Friend!' When we pulled back to the dealership, I asked about next steps, and Beau was vibing the car too. We sat down, ran some numbers, negiotated, made some phone calls, and began the final steps to a new used purchase. At no point in my time there, did I feel insecure about buying. The vending machine and spotty cell service were the only intimidating things there. The wait time was mostly Financing (had a phone issue) and on the phone with the bank. He told me what unfortunately happened and we shared the same common anger towards phones, technology, and how delicate it all is. After financing, Frank was introduced. Frank helped me in my last steps in financing (payment) and the very nice young lady fixed the issue everyone was having. Frank and I talked afterwards about the car, family, the current state we are living in (Rona19), and the hopeful future. Information is key! Overall I had a very pleasant experience. It can be nerve racking and bring stress, but if you get helped by someone who actually cares, those worries are brought down. Take deep breaths and never feel pressured.
