Just bought a brand new 2017 outback last week and boy do we love the car! But it would not have been possible if it were not for the exemplary service that Shane Amirkiai delivered. Not only did he get us the most competitive deal, but he showed incredible patience and positivity in the contract signing process (which was nightmarish due to Chase Auto Loans dept - Subaru's Loan Dept). On top of that, Shane went the extra mile to stay even later (we were there for 5 hours due to Chase's ineptness with certain procedural tasks), just to install our rear seat back protectors! My favorite part about working with Shane, however, is that he cuts through all the BS. It was simple and straightforward working with him. Also, a shout out to Luis in finance! He was SUPER patient with the whole Chase fumble as well. Thanks boys! Love the car and see you at 6,000 miles!
