I recently purchased my dream car (Jaguar FType S), but sold my BMW X4 M40i in doing so. I went to travel one day in the Jag, packed up my suitcase in the small trunk, and it dawned on me that the trunk could not accommodate it. I quickly realized that I needed a vehicle with everyday usability and utility. I was perusing through different vehicles on the internet and narrowed my search down to the Jeep Cherokee and the Subaru Crosstrek, as I'm an avid outdoorsman, which stems from my military background in Search and Rescue. This establishment was not far down the road from me, so off I went on my venture to find a vehicle that'd supplement the void I was missing. Upon arrival, I was met by a nice young salesman by the name of Ramin. He's relatively new to the establishment, but already had great knowledge on the vehicle and he had me check out their inventory to find the perfect one for me. I wasn't looking for anything too fancy, and was just looking to settle on the "Premium" version of the Crosstrek in the color black. They had one at their other lot and Ramin was quick to go grab it for a test drive. Shortly after driving it around, I fell in love and completely forgot about the Jeep I was looking to drive around later that day. With the vehicle I wanted in my sight, I went over some numbers with Ramin and his manager, Mo. We were able to negotiate, which was a relatively laid-back process in my opinion, as I've owned numerous new vehicles before. We settled on a price we'd both be happy with, and made a deal shortly after. I've never been through such a smooth transition when purchasing a new vehicle. They seemed to have a system down to where everything was running smoothly, from the sales team making you feel welcome and putting you in a non-pressured environment, to the finance gentleman who thoroughly went through the paperwork quickly and efficiently; it was like clockwork in motion. The next day, I came back for a complimentary quick carwash, as the service department was closed after I had purchased the vehicle, so I was unable to get it washed before. Ramin, my salesman, noticed that the wash didn't get rid of some sticker residue nor some hard water stains. He offered that I go take the Subaru out to Tahoe (a new Subaru purchase came with season passes to "Sierra @ Tahoe"), and then bring it back for a higher-end detail. I'm happy that he took the initiative and liberty to point something like that out, and kudos to the little things like that. It made me feel that they actually cared about my purchase experience, both before, and after. Would I purchase another Subaru from them@f0 Absolutely! Would I recommend them to friends/family@f0 I already have been! This has been an awesome overall experience, and I love my new vehicle. If you're looking for a neighborhood-type dealership, this location is the one!
