I was shocked about all of these bad reviews, but I thought I give it a shot anyhow. WOW to my amazement, my experience with this dealer has been GREAT from the beginning to now. Back in August of 2008 my family and I were in the market for a new vehicle. Zacki, an Afgan gentleman, was our salesman. He was very patient with me as I am a very particular individual. He didn't pressure me to buy, which is very unusual for a salesman. NO, I DIDN'T BUY THAT DAY TOO. It took me five days and many test drives to decide on the right vehicle for my family. I can see how his demeanor may be perceived as "I do care about you", but I can assure you that is not the case. He is very knowledgable about cars and its mechanic. My husband had a ball quizzing his knowledge. My experience didn't end there. I picked up my new car at night so I didn't see all of the dirt and smudges on the windows. The dealership cleaned it again with no question ask. When I wanted to exchange the mat in the back for a different color, the dealership did it with no problem. Of course, these all transpired within a week of the purchase. As of today, Stevens Creek Subaru takes care of the maintenance of my car. I have no complaint.
