Sales? GO SEE SAL. He totally breaks that "car salesman" stereotype. The guy has a great time doing his job, and that makes the entire process fun (more importantly, stress free). For their financing? See JASON! He was incredibly patient as I was trying to get my husband involved in my vehicle purchase, but he worked too late and I couldn't get the papers signed for the car I wanted (which is a beauty!). I promised to return the next day, and Sal promised not to sell "my" car to anyone else. As I'm getting ready to pull out (in my beat up rental), Jason calls me. He and his boss arranged to sign the car to me overnight! What customer service! It was a used car, so I thought I'd take it over to my mechanic. It had a few, minor issues. I brought it back the next morning and highlighted my concerns to Sal. He immediately jumped up from his chair and I swear they had the car up in their shop for investigation within minutes! They worked with me on every single one of my nit picky details! His boss, Reza, was also a great help. Needless to say, I bought the car... I've been texting Sal whenever I have a question, and he always makes himself available. Both Sal and Jason have checked in with me to ensure I'm still a happy gal. And, I am...thrilled.
