Finance department lied to get a lease done. If you're doing anything out of the ordinary with your car, i.e. traveling, then DO NOT lease from these folks, or at least do your own research and DO NOT trust a word they say. Sales team was great.UPDATE: Brian contacted me and is making efforts to remedy the situation.UPDATE 2: Brian Bakhtiari did everything to make this situation right. He agreed we were in an unfortunate situation and put us, the customer, first. I give him a full FIVE STARS. I will be reaching out to the owner of the dealership to inform them of Brian's customer service.I kept the overall review at four stars since the situation was entirely avoidable if not for the lies of some of the other staff members. Furthermore, Subaru of America was less than helpful. They acknowledged that they "felt bad" for the situation, but couldn't do anything, which is hard for me to believe. Their "apology" wasn't solving my $20,000 problem that was created by their own employees. Such a lack of accountability is disappointing. For transparency, they paid for half of the shipping costs that I had to pay out of my own pocket to send the car back to Stevens Creek. It's a far cry from stellar customer service though.tl;dr - Stevens Creek Subaru has an excellent GM - Brian Bakhtiari. The other staff created some unnecessary problems that they wanted to ignore. Subaru of America also ignored these problems, only offering apologies.
