This is a shout out to Hossein Moghadasi and Shane Amirkiai, who definitely went above and beyond in helping me with my car purchase. After going through the car purchase experience several times, I have to say that one of the most important things that you need in a salesperson is a willingness to advocate for the customer. Both Hossein and Shane did just that. Shane and Hossein got me a great deal and were really responsive to my inquiries. I have been trying to get a 2011-2014 WRX wagon for years and I finally found a great example on the lot. The transaction went extremely smoothly and the negotiations with lenders, etc. happened all over the phone! That is unheard of. Usually you sit in there sipping the dealership's watered down coffee reading the auto manufacturer's magazines from 3 years ago because your phone has died. No not at all. I was able to do everything with Shane over the phone while at work. Great work guys! I will definitely be recommending you in the future!
